Our MA TESOL programme includes a practical teaching component and observed classroom practice as an integral part of the course, meaning that our TESOL course is perfect for newcomers to teaching and experienced classroom practitioners.
Our students also have the opportunity to apply for the Trinity CertTESOL, an internationally recognised professional English language teaching qualification which can be used in your future career.
Our MSc Advertising and Marketing programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and will allow you to develop professional and research skills, alongside an understanding of ethical business practice, to produce innovative solutions to common marketing queries.
Our Marketing students are taught with an ‘Authentic Business Learning’ approach, meaning that they get the opportunity to pitch ideas to creative agencies and businesses as part of live projects during their degree.
The University of Hull is committed to becoming a carbon-neutral campus by 2027. As part of this vision, alongside our Aura and Energy and Environment Institute, our MSc Renewable Energy programme offers students the opportunity to gain an in-depth understanding of renewable technologies such as wind, tidal, solar and hydro-power.
Hull’s position on the UK’s ‘Energy Estuary’ (the River Humber) gives our students fantastic opportunities for industrial placements and future career prospects.
