Loughborough University

Aman is a social entrepreneur and impact investor bridging grassroots development, fintech and education. He co‑founded Pro4Sport Solutions (Now Pro Sport Development), using sport to build life skills for over 1,500 children in conflict‑affected communities. The venture earned an International Olympic Committee global award. He has led communications at PB Fintech (PolicyBazaar), helping to reach 250 million households to build financial security. He later founded CommsCredible, a PR and comms-tech venture, investing in finance, healthcare, sports, and technology.

Durham University, The London School of Economics and Political Science

Aslıgül is a documentary filmmaker working at the intersection of art, journalism and activism. Her films explore power, truth and the systems that shape them, with work that has premiered at Sundance and been BAFTA-nominated for Best Documentary. She has co-produced a documentary on a major public health crisis, working closely with victims’ families, journalists, policymakers and intergovernmental bodies. A BAFTA member, she mentors emerging filmmakers and uses cinema to shed light on overlooked stories.

Ayşegül Altın, Türkiye, Wider Europe

Middlesex University

Ayşegül is an award‑winning television journalist and editor, specialising in education and healthcare reporting. In 2024, she received the Sedat Simavi Award for Best Television News for an investigative series exposing corruption and environmental damage, the first such win in the channel’s history. Her reporting triggered public investigations and amplified community voices, showing unwavering commitment to public accountability. Reaching millions through live broadcasts, she draws on her UK education to champion curiosity, accountability and informed questioning in public life.

Ge is a sustainable fashion innovator and cultural bridge reshaping global industry practice. After leading roles at Louis Vuitton and Gucci, Ge now manages ANNDERSTAND, diverting 4,500 metres of textile waste from landfills and influencing mainstream supply chains through collaborations with Fortune Global 500 companies. Their East‑meets‑West collections have been featured at London Fashion Week and major cultural institutions, gaining global media coverage. Ge is the first Chinese young leader to enter the Re.Generation programme of the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation.

Maciej Kuźmiński, Poland, Europe

Trinity Laban

Maciej is an internationally recognised choreographer, producer and cultural leader whose UK education shaped a career defined by artistic excellence and social impact. His work has been staged nearly 400 times across 27 countries, earning over 30 awards, while his leadership has strengthened Poland’s dance ecosystem through national networks, education programmes and documentary platforms. His recent Polish-Ukrainian project Every Minute Motherland supports displaced artists. Since 2009, he has developed Dynamic Phrasing, an original dance and composition method, now taught internationally.

Royal College of Music

Mina is an award-winning film composer whose work has reached global audiences. His debut feature, The Tale of Daye’s Family, premiered at the Berlinale Film Festival and opened the Red Sea Film Festival. His second feature, Happy Birthday, won Best International Narrative Feature at the Tribeca Film Festival and became Egypt’s official submission to the Academy Awards. His work on the socially impactful Egyptian series Lam Sahmseya uses music to bring powerful cultural and social stories to life.

Vida Adutwumwaa Boateng, Ghana, Sub-Saharan Africa

Swansea University (Prifysgol Abertawe)

Vida is a journalist and creative sector advocate championing gender parity and cultural diplomacy in Ghana’s media and arts industries. Through national media platforms and policy engagement, she has helped elevate recognition of the creative sector’s economic contribution, earning Ghana’s Pundit of the Year Award. As spokesperson for Ghana Music Awards Europe, she has strengthened creative collaboration between Ghana and Europe, while her youth outreach has empowered over 100,000 young people to challenge gender bias and pursue careers in the creative industries.
