• Ethical Hacking & Cybersecurity

  Fully certified by the National Cybersecurity Centre - part of GCHQ – develop the skills and mind set needed to tackle the growing threat of computer hackers. Computer security is a growing concern for organisations of all sizes.

  Aimed at Computing/IT/Technology graduates, study a wide range of subjects, including penetration testing, digital forensics, information security management, Malware analysis, port scanning, buffer overflows and password cracking. Our research-active teaching staff are at the forefront of new developments, allowing the programme to evolve to cover the latest techniques.

• Applied Artificial Intelligence and User Experience

  Learn to design and interrogate AI systems with a clear understanding of human behaviour. With the dependence on digital automation and remote working greater than ever, there's a huge demand for professionals with skills in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and User Experience (UX).

  You’ll learn how to:

  The quality and safety of our food are vitally important in ensuring we have edible, nourishing and varied options at all price points.

  Evaluate the environmental performance of an organisation or activity and recommend appropriate measures to minimise pollution and food waste, and design appropriate control systems. Upon graduation, you will understand the policy, legal and ethical issues, and technical factors which influence environmental management to operate and plan sustainable projects.

  You will be taught by a team of academics with a wealth of experience in the food sector, have contact with leading figures in industry, and take part in either a research project or industry placement.
